I believe that examining your goals and desires gives you the possibility for change.  Even if you are not clear on exactly what you are looking for, life coaching will help you begin an exploration process that will result in making positive life-changing discoveries.  As you are able to clarify your goals, I will collaborate with you, drawing out your strengths, challenging you to meet the goals that you set, holding you accountable and giving honest and objective feedback during the process.  As your coach, I am committed to partnering with you to take action for change and growth.

What does the coaching relationship look like?

The coaching relationship is confidential. I coach clients in person, over the phone and via Skype or FaceTime.  The initial consultation is free of charge, as we discuss your goals to see if coaching is right for you and also to determine if we are a good fit. From there, we can talk about a plan for a possible coaching partnership.  I offer individual plans which are tailored to the needs of each client. Together we decide the length and frequency of future sessions.   If a coaching relationship sounds like something that would benefit you, call me today!
